Multi-famly auction to start the new year. The sale includes furniture, tools, home decor, and religious collectibles. Please note where each lot is located as we have several location included.

Auction Terms & Conditions ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are to be paid for by January 28th. This will be an online only auction.
All items are sold as is, where is with all faults. By placing a bid, you are agreeing to the auction terms and are committing to pay and pick-up.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
Buyer's premium rate will be 15% with a 3% discount for cash.
We accept most forms of payment to include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal (yourstuffsells@aol.com), and cash
All of our auctions are regulated by the Texas Board of Auctioneers (Gary W. Rogers TX Lic #16304)
For small items, we will offer shipping with a small handling fee (typically less than $5 per item). All items are sold as is where is and are described as carefully as possible
Any items paid for but not picked up after the 28th will be donated unless other arrangements have been made.

If you plan to pay during your appointment to pick up the items, please let us know. Otherwise, we will be charging the card on file.

All pickups will be by appointment only. There are several locations and, as we continue to add items, the locations and dates for pick-up will be revealed. The locations include Schertz, Seguin, and New Braunfels. Pick-ups will begin on Jan. 26.
We will offer shipping on smaller items only. Please note that there will be a small handling fee for anything that will require shipping. Typically, it will be less than $5 per item. Larger items, or items that will need packing to be moved, will be more. That fee will be applied to anything needing to be taken to our office location for pick-up, as well.
